PID

The PID display controls the boiler and steam temperatures, allowing you to get the best out of every blend.

Pressure gauge

The pressure gauge monitors the coffee’s output pressure: the green zone, between 8 and 12 bar, indicates the optimum level and helps you determine whether the steps leading up to brewing have been carried out correctly.

Multi-directional wand

The multi-directional wand with a heat-resistant handle delivers hot water and steam, producing bar-quality foam. Both the water and steam functions can be activated using the front toggle switches and adjusted using the side control knob
